Funk bubble's terms and conditions
Delivery
Funk bubble aims to dispatch all goods by the end of the next working day, after receipt of order, providing full payment has been made.
Funk bubble sends all UK orders via 1st class Royal Mail and should be received within 3-5 working days. Large orders will require a signature to guarantee the safe arrival of your order.
EU countries should allow 14 days for delivery and and all other destinations should allow 28 days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date. You can of course cancel your order if you don't want to wait.
Returns
Funk bubble will always ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If your order reaches you damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery and return the damaged goods to us. We will then send you a replacement and a 'return postage' refund. Please enclose a copy of your original receipt with the returned goods.
Should any funk bubble products, on arrival, be unsuitable, please return within 7 days, unopened and unused. We will then refund the unsuitable products in full, less any return postage charges. Please enclose a copy of your original receipt with the returned goods.
Privacy
Funk bubble is committed to protecting our customer's privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We do not use or disclose any information that you may give us, such as your name, address or telephone number to any outside parties.
Funk bubble has strict security measures and encryption procedures in place to prevent any unauthorised access to your details and to completely protect you from credit card fraud.
